July 19, 2008 Fiber Fun Day at Maybelle Farm 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and cost is $35.00/per person. Morning coffe/tea time with scones/muffins etc. At lunchtime we will fix curried chicken salad, artichoke spinach dip with crackers/chips, tossed salad,homemade breads, and super sinful chocolate dessert and a berry tart. We will also have an afternoon tea party if anyone is still hungry.
It will be a day of fun to spin, laugh, eat, laugh, talk, laugh and just plain relax and enjoy life on the farm. I will have different bins of fiber from our fiber of the month club so everyone can try different fibers to spin. If you just want to come and knit or needlefelt or whatever fiber related, please sign up. Its limited to 10 people.
